This is not a government website. We are an independent information site and we are not part of PM-KISAN. To contact the scheme itself, use the routes on the portal, pmkisan.gov.in. That link opens in a new window.
How to contact PM Kisan Status IN
Write to us at [email protected]. You can write in English or in Hindi, and we will reply in the same language where we can. We do not promise a fixed reply time. We have no phone line, and we do not collect phone numbers, so we cannot call or message you first.
What to put in your message when you report a mistake
- The address of the page you are writing about, or its title.
- What you think is wrong, unclear or missing.
- Where you saw the correct fact. A page of the portal or a PIB release is the best proof.
- Your question, if you have one, in a few short lines.
What we can help with
- Reporting a mistake or an out-of-date fact on one of our pages. See also Corrections and Updates.
- A question about how we wrote a page or which source we used.
- A request to ask about, or remove, anything you believe we hold about you. See the Privacy Policy.
- A report that someone is using our name to ask people for details or money.
- A report of a look-alike website or a fake app that we should warn people about.
What we cannot help with
| You want to | Why we cannot do it | Where to go instead |
|---|---|---|
| Know if your PM-KISAN payment was made | We cannot see payments or any record | Know Your Status on the portal |
| Change your name, bank account or mobile number in PM-KISAN | We cannot change any record | The portal’s update options or your State Nodal Officer |
| Register, apply or complete e-KYC | We take no applications | The portal, the app or a CSC |
| Get a decision on a grievance | We are not a grievance office | The routes in the next section |
| Pay for a faster result or a better page | We take no money for pages and cannot speed up any record | Check any request for money on the portal before you act (हमारी सलाह) |
What not to send us
Please do not send your Aadhaar number, OTP, bank details, registration number, password or photographs of documents. We do not need them and we cannot use them. If you send them by mistake, we will not act on them. Our advice (हमारी सलाह): type these details only on pmkisan.gov.in, and nowhere else.
Where to take a problem with your own PM-KISAN record
These routes exist on or through the portal, as described by the portal and by PIB. Our page on the PM Kisan helpline number explains each in detail.
| Route | Use it when | Where to find it |
|---|---|---|
| Helpdesk - Query Form | You want to register a grievance with Raise Grievance, or look at it with Check Status | Farmers Corner on pmkisan.gov.in |
| Search your Point of Contact | You need the State Nodal Officer or district nodal officer for your area | Contact Us page and Farmers Corner, using Search State Nodal or Search district Nodal |
| CPGRAMS | You want to complain on the Government of India’s public grievance portal | The CPGRAMS portal |
| Kisan eMitra chatbot | You want to ask about your application or payment status in your own language | PIB says it has run since September 2023 and talks in 11 languages |
On 29 October 2026 the portal’s Contact Us and Helpdesk pages showed no helpline number and no email address. That is why we print no number. Please read How to raise a PM Kisan complaint and PM Kisan payment not received for the steps.
If someone contacts you in our name
We never ask for your Aadhaar number, OTP, bank detail, registration number or password. We do not send links to check your status, we do not collect money and we do not run a payment service. If a message, call or website uses our name to ask for any of these, stop and do not reply. Then tell us at [email protected], and use the Helpdesk - Query Form or CPGRAMS if a PM-KISAN matter is involved. Read more on Official PM Kisan links and fake app or site warning.
What happens to your message
Your email address and your message reach us only because you sent them. We use them to reply, to check a correction and to keep a record of a change. We do not sell them. The Privacy Policy gives the details.
