Our commitment
Our pages are about a public scheme and about money, so a wrong date or a wrong step can mislead people. We check our pages, but we can still be wrong, and the portal can change after we check. When we find an error, or when you tell us about one, we fix it and we write down that we did. This page explains how, and it keeps the public log of changes.
How to report a mistake
Write to [email protected]. English or Hindi is fine. Please include:
- The address or title of the page.
- The sentence or table that you think is wrong.
- What you believe is right, and where you saw it. A page of the portal, the scheme’s Operational Guidelines, the FAQ or a PIB release is the best proof.
Please do not send your Aadhaar number, OTP, bank details, registration number or password. We do not need them. The Contact Us page explains what we can and cannot help with. We cannot look up or change anybody’s PM-KISAN record, so a problem with your own record has to go through the portal.
What happens after you report
- We read your message. We do not promise a fixed reply time.
- We check the source. We open the source that applies, such as the portal, the guidelines, the FAQ or a PIB release, and compare it with our page.
- We decide. If our page is wrong, we correct it. If the source is unclear, or two sources disagree, we show both with their dates. If our page is right, we may reply with the source.
- We fix and note the change. We correct the page, update its last-checked date, and add a line to the change log below with the date.
- We may tell you. Where we can, we reply to say what we did.
What we classify as a change

Dated pages and installment pages
Some pages depend on an event, such as an installment. We call these dated pages. We change them when PIB or the portal confirms the event. Until then, an announced date is written as announced. Our Editorial Policy says more about this.

What the last-checked date means
Every page shows a last-checked date. It is the day we last read the sources for that page. A new date means that we checked again. It does not always mean that the words changed. The log below records the changes themselves.
What we will not do
- We will not remove a correction from the log to hide it.
- We will not change a page because someone paid us or asked for a better position in search results.
- We will not change a fact only because someone is sure that it should be different. We need a source.
- We will not give advice about your own PM-KISAN record. Please use the routes on the portal, such as Helpdesk - Query Form, CPGRAMS or Search your Point of Contact.
Change log
This log lists the changes we make to our pages, newest first. Each entry has a date, what changed and why.
